Exchanges & Returns

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your items. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.

How to Start a Exchange/Return
Write to us at plazakualalumpur@gmail.com with your Order ID and submit your Exchange or Refund request. Your order must be fully delivered to us before we can begin the process.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. 

For Returns:

Once your return is approved (3-5 working days), store credit will be issued for the full value of the original item purchased.

All refunds will be provided in the form of store credit only. (with no expiry date, and do note cannot be transferred or sold)

Cash, Online Transfer, Credit Card refunds aren’t available under any circumstances, store credit is our only refund method. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
